Yoga is a way of life, as well as a collection of practices and teachings that provide a foundation on which we can live our everyday lives and awaken into greater self-awareness.

For more than 30 years I have dedicated myself to the study and practice of yoga, meditation, energetics, and wellbeing, exploring both ancient wisdom traditions and modern teachings. My path as a seeker eventually led me into the seat of the teacher with a passion to share what I know in order to help others live with more vitality and ease. At heart, I am an eternal student with the deep desire to create more kindness and beauty in the world.

Through my teaching, I encourage exploration and a deeper understanding of the body as the vehicle through which we encounter ourselves and relate to the world around us. My yoga classes, whether a strong vinyasa or a gentle therapeutic practice, are informed by breath, alignment, and internal connection, to promote optimal energy flow and refined self-awareness. My teaching is accessible, supportive, intuitive, and light-hearted, allowing individuals to learn and grow in their own way. I teach asana, pranayama, and meditation, providing a holistic experience.

As a Reiki practitioner, I act as a supportive partner on the path of wellbeing. Having studied energy healing across several traditions and methods, I’ve found the technique and practice of Reiki to be the most elegant and effective. My sessions are intuitive and grounded, allowing space for healing, revelation, and renewal on every level.

My Yoga training has been diverse and comprehensive in Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, along with studies in Yoga Therapeutics, Tantric philosophy, Ayurveda, kirtan, sanskrit, and energy healing. My practice and study of meditation has been with both formal traditions (Tibetan Buddhism, Chan, and Vipassana) as well as modern spiritual teachers and guides. I am a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and have been teaching since 2005. I also have a background in architecture and design with a great appreciation for harmony in both built and natural environments.

In 2009, I moved from Boulder, Colorado, to the west coast of Mexico where I lived for more than 9 years and founded Yoga San Pancho. I currently live in San Miguel de Allende in the heart of Mexico. Wherever I am, I remain dedicated to authentic and quality guidance grounded in tradition, inspired by innovation, and offered with love.
