Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle Hatha Yoga is an experience of wholeness
a supportive & sustainable practice
to heal, transform, & awaken your resilience
to embody your inherent nature
to come home to yourself
Gentle and challenging, easeful and enlivening, the practice is designed to release stress, regulate the nervous system, recalibrate energy, and reintegrate yourself. With an emphasis on internal awareness and presence in your unique embodied form, pathways of connection between body, mind, and spirit are re-established, encouraging healing and growth while cultivating strength, mobility, balance, and freedom, to arrive in a grounded, resilient state of being.
With a foundation of breath and awareness, each class includes seated, supine, and standing positions, with use of the wall and props, guided with accessible alignment instruction and essential teachings. Expect a well-rounded practice with traditional asanas, functional movement, restorative poses, and pranayama.
Gentle Hatha Yoga is a supportive and sustainable practice that adapts to the unique needs of each individual, honoring all bodies and abilities, with options and modifications to customize your experience and receive exactly what you need.

Shaktany Yoga is located at Potranca #6 (upstairs) in Guadiana, across the Ancha from Mercado Sano. Look for the door that says “Yoga” above to enter and go up the stairs. It’s an easy walk from Centro and other parts of town, and free street parking can usually be found in Guadiana near the park. We have mats and all props, but I recommend you bring your own mat.
See you there!
