Curate Your Experience

We can try.

And we so often do.

But no matter how avidly we seek peace and joy from outside ourselves, the true source can only be found within.

It may sound cliche or feel oh so elusive, but the greatest wellspring of wellbeing is the state we cultivate internally.

Through practice, we create the conditions within for ease to thrive. Again and again and again. Through practice, we tend our internal terrain for peace to arise. This is the simple power of an embodied practice of movement, breath, and awareness.

The cumulative effect is an inner environment that promotes clear seeing and lightness of being, a foundation upon which we can live with more presence through the ups and downs, the stages of our lives, the moments of our day.

To paraphrase a famous quote: We don’t experience the world as it is; we experience it as we are.

What kind of experience do you want to have?
